Floor Plans

At Breckenridge, our philosophy in design is to create spaces that are interesting to look at and practical to live in. The floor plans for the houses contained on this page follow this philosophy. Practicality is evident with the inclusion of four bedrooms, large connected entertainment areas, private “away” spaces, and multi-functional rooms. Drama is created through thoughtful use of windows and interesting sight lines. All floor plans can be customized to relate to each buyer's specific needs.
