At Breckenridge Builders, Inc., I strive to create sensible living spaces that function for today's buyer.  I do so by incorporating the principles of the architecture found in the homes built in Minneapolis and St. Paul during the early years of the 20th Century.
I believe that a home can be both inspiring and affordable, a personal nesting place and a haven for friends and family. During my many years of combined design and build experience, I have witnessed many changes in the housing market. My goal is to be a forward thinking, semi-custom homebuilder with a strong emphasis on design aesthetics and practicality.

My goal is simple: Deliver great living spaces at a great value. Each new design focuses on a few basic ideas:

• Large open kitchen with highly functional center island
• Singular, semi-formal dining area suitable for everyday use along with large family gatherings
• Great room with visual connection to kitchen and dining areas
• Creation of visual interest in a floor plan that is set apart from the ordinary
• Flexible, functional spaces
